Hi Friends!

My name is Carla :) I am a tattoo artist based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I own Turnip Girl Tattoo Studio. I have been tattooing for 8 years. I was born in Peru and came to the states in 1994. I currently reside in Ft. Lauderdale with my lovely family. We are all huge animal lovers and if you follow me on Instagram you can catch all the cute fur babies we’ve rescued. I have been drawing from a young age and went to New World School of the Arts in Miami for a degree in drawing. I love tattooing so much and connecting with people through my work. I specialize in fine line detailed black and grey, but also enjoy doing color pieces. I really love tattooing figure drawings, renaissance or baroque art influences. Fantasy and sci-fi art, fine art replicas, florals, creepy or dark imagery, pets and people portraits, all critters and nature inspirations.
